Compensation Eligibility:
Any dispute / complaint raised will be resolved within 30 calendar days. In case the complaint is not resolved within 30 calendar days, complainants shall be entitled to a compensation of ₹100 per calendar day from the date of the initial filing of the complaint by the complainant with PFL / CIBIL Transunion.
