Details Required for Resolution:

If you wish to register a complaint with Poonawalla Fincorp Limited regarding updation of records with credit information companies with respect to your loan account, please email us at grievance@poonawallafincorp.com with the following details:

  • Loan Account Number
  • Registered Email Address
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Latest Credit Bureau report
  • Bank Account Number & IFSC Code (Bank Name)**
  • UPI ID**

** You Can share either the Bank Account details or UPI ID for compensation.

Compensation Eligibility:

Any dispute / complaint raised will be resolved within 30 calendar days. In case the complaint is not resolved within 30 calendar days, complainants shall be entitled to a compensation of ₹100 per calendar day from the date of the initial filing of the complaint by the complainant with PFL / CIBIL Transunion.
