By proceeding, I/We hereby confirm that I/We have read, understood, accept and hereby agree to abide by all terms and conditions including the disclaimer pertaining to the aforementioned loan facility which is available in the website of the Company and I/We hereby voluntarily accord my Aadhaar consent and also hereby authorize the Company and its representatives to contact me/us through phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and/or any other mode (this shall override any registration by myself/us under DNC/NDNC) and also to make any enquires regarding my/our aforementioned application as they may consider necessary at their sole discretion. I/We also authorize the Company to make any enquiry(ies) with NSDL/Credit bureau and/ or any regulatory authority and/ or any such third party regarding my/our PAN, Credit history and/ or for any other verification(s).

I/We have no insolvency proceedings initiated against me/any of us, nor have I/We ever been adjudicated as insolvent except for the legal proceedings, the particulars whereof are given herein below.

I hereby confirm that I am not a Politically Exposed Person in terms of applicable regulations prescribed by Reserve Bank of India.

I/We confirm that no amount of the Credit Facility shall be used for anti-social purposes or for money laundering activities or for any purpose other than the purpose for which the Credit Facility is sanctioned and that the Company has the right to recall the entire amount of the Credit Facility, if the Credit Facility is used for any purpose other than as declared by me/us.

I/We hereby provide my consent and authorize the Company and/or its affiliated partners to download my ‘Know Your Customer’ records/information from the Central KYC

Registry. I am/We are aware that my/our KYC records/information would be downloaded from the Central KYC Registry, solely for performing customer due diligence on me/us in order to process my/ our loan application.

I/We further declare that the data/ information on the Central KYC Registry is updated and has not been subjected to any change, as on the date of making the loan application. I/We hereby also confirm that all the documents submitted and also the information furnished to the Company to process my/our loan application are true, correct and complete and upto date in all respects and I/We have not suppressed and/ or withheld any information provided otherwise whether in writing or orally for the Credit Facility applied for.

I/ We declare that I/ We have not made any payment in cash, bearer’s cheques and/ or by any other mode along with or in connection with this Application Form to the person collecting my/our Application Form. I/ We shall not hold the Company’s employees/ representatives/ authorized agents/ service providers liable for any such payment made by me/ us to the person collecting this Application Form.

I/We acknowledge that the Company does not in any manner make any representation, promise, statement and/ or endorsement in respect of any other product or services, which may be provided by the Company and I/ we will not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for the same. I/ We understand that the Company is a LENDER, registered with the RBI and would be lending in the required Credit Facility.

I/We hereby also confirm that my/ our consent and declarations as provided herein will remain valid and abiding on me/ us even if any of the details mentioned herein above (including my/ our e-mail and/ or mobile number) changes, in which case, I/we shall forthwith inform the Company about such change.

I/We have no objection to sharing of my name, mobile number, e-mail ID, PAN and /or such other information, with the Company and/ or its group companies and/ or its agents, representatives for providing me/us information on various products, offers and services provided by the Company and/ or its group companies through any mode (including but not limited to telephone calls, SMS/e-mails, letters etc.).

I/ We understand that status of this Application Form will be known to me/ us within seven working days, on my e-mail ID and/or mobile number specified in this Application Form, from the date of submission of this Application Form along with all necessary documents desired by the Company duly signed by the applicant/ co-applicant(s) and guarantor(s), as the case may be.

I/We hereby agree that the rate of interest is in accordance with Interest Rate Policy

of the Company.

Approach for Gradation of Risks

All “Borrower/s” on the loan facility are hereby informed that the company has the following approach and considers following factors for assessing gradation of risks for each Borrower:

  • Profile, financial stability, and market reputation
  • Credit history and duration of relationship with the Borrower
  • Group strength, overall customer yield, future potential, repayment capacity based on cash flows and other financial commitments
  • Interest, default risk in related customer segment
  • The security for the loan as represented by the underlying assets
  • Loan to value ratio
  • Mode of payment
  • Tenure of the loan
  • Geography (location) of the Borrower
  • End use
  • RBI guidelines

Other laws or any other factors on a case-by-case basis, as applicable.

How can I update or change my auto debit account for EMI payments?

To change or swap your repayment bank account, please email the following documents to customercare@poonawallafincorp.com :

Six-month bank statement (PDF)

Request letter stating the reason for the change

Business PAN card (only for Business Loan/Loan Against Property)

Bank letter (if account is blocked) (required only for Business Loan/Loan Against Property)

We will inform you about any additional documents and charges based on approval. Swapping charges will apply as per sanction conditions.

Note: If the EMI due date falls within the swapping process, please make a manual EMI payment at least 7 days prior and share the payment details at customercare@poonawallafincorp.com to avoid bounce charges.

When will I receive the NOC for my Pre-Owned Car/ Suvidha Used Car loan?

Your NOC (No Objection Certificate) for the Pre-Owned Car/ Suvidha Used Car loan will be sent to your registered address within 17 business days after the loan closure. You will receive a tracking number via SMS / email once the NOC has been dispatched.

If you do not receive the NOC within this timeframe, please contact us by emailing customercare@poonawallafincorp.com with your loan account number or call our customer care at 1800-266-3201 (available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

Can I make an advance EMI payment?

For hassle-free EMI payments, we recommend using auto debit. If your registered repayment mode is NACH/PDC, ensure your EMI is paid through the designated mode to avoid extra charges.

If you still wish to pay in advance, complete the payment at least 7 days before the EMI date. Click the link to pay https://ipg.poonawallafincorp.com/en .

For assistance, email your payment details to customercare@poonawallafincorp.com with your loan account number, or call 1800-266-3201 (Mon-Sat, 9 AM - 7 PM) to request a NACH hold.

How can I avoid additional charges on my EMI payments? What happens if my EMI bounces?

Ensure your EMI is paid through the designated mode (NACH/PDC) to avoid additional charges.

If your EMI bounces, a charge of ₹500 will be applicable as per the sanction conditions and Default Charges specified here - pfloan.in/4ioP0Y5.

How can I make foreclosure payment or close my personal loan account?

For digital personal loans:

For Personal loans sourced through physical mode:

Download your foreclosure letter from our official WhatsApp. Click https://wa.me/918806222222 or save 8806222222 to your contacts & send “Hi” to get started.

Click pfloan.in/4brESen to pay the amount mentioned in the letter.

After payment, email the bank statement (PDF) to customercare@poonawallafincorp.com.

We will process the foreclosure within 8 business days.

The NDC (No Dues Certificate) will be sent to your registered email within 24 to 48 business hours after closure.

How can I update or change my registered address?

To update or change your address, please email the following KYC documents along with a request letter to customercare@poonawallafincorp.com:

KYC Documents:

PAN card & Aadhar card (should be masked and self-attested)

New address proof (e.g., electricity bill, rent agreement, ownership agreement, registration copy)

Request Letter: Addressed to Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd (Mention your proposal number/loan account number, Date of request, current and new address to be updated), Duly signed by the borrower (signature should match with PAN card).

We will inform you if any further documents are required.

How can I update or change my registered Email ID?

To update your email ID, please follow these steps:

Email the following documents to customercare@poonawallafincorp.com :

KYC Documents: PAN card & Aadhar card (masked and self-attested)

Request Letter: Addressed to Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd (Include your proposal number/loan account number, date of request, current and revised email ID to be updated), signature matching with PAN card.

Wait for confirmation: We will inform you if any additional documents are needed.

How can I update or change my registered mobile number?

Email the following documents to customercare@poonawallafincorp.com :

KYC Documents: PAN card & Aadhar card (masked and self-attested)

What should I do if my NOC has expired or is lost?

Expired NOC:

Visit the nearest branch with the following documents:

Original NOC

Pay ₹550 + taxes

The new NOC will be valid for 60 days

 

Lost NOC:

DDR (daily diary report)/FIR copy

What should I do if I haven't received my NOC or if it was returned? How can I get a duplicate NOC?

To obtain a duplicate NOC, please follow these steps:
