To change or swap your repayment bank account, please email the following documents to customercare@poonawallafincorp.com :
Six-month bank statement (PDF)
Request letter stating the reason for the change
Business PAN card (only for Business Loan/Loan Against Property)
Bank letter (if account is blocked) (required only for Business Loan/Loan Against Property)
We will inform you about any additional documents and charges based on approval. Swapping charges will apply as per sanction conditions.
Note: If the EMI due date falls within the swapping process, please make a manual EMI payment at least 7 days prior and share the payment details at customercare@poonawallafincorp.com to avoid bounce charges.
Your NOC (No Objection Certificate) for the Pre-Owned Car/ Suvidha Used Car loan will be sent to your registered address within 17 business days after the loan closure. You will receive a tracking number via SMS / email once the NOC has been dispatched.
If you do not receive the NOC within this timeframe, please contact us by emailing customercare@poonawallafincorp.com with your loan account number or call our customer care at 1800-266-3201 (available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
For hassle-free EMI payments, we recommend using auto debit. If your registered repayment mode is NACH/PDC, ensure your EMI is paid through the designated mode to avoid extra charges.
If you still wish to pay in advance, complete the payment at least 7 days before the EMI date. Click the link to pay https://ipg.poonawallafincorp.com/en .
For assistance, email your payment details to customercare@poonawallafincorp.com with your loan account number, or call 1800-266-3201 (Mon-Sat, 9 AM - 7 PM) to request a NACH hold.
Ensure your EMI is paid through the designated mode (NACH/PDC) to avoid additional charges.
If your EMI bounces, a charge of ₹500 will be applicable as per the sanction conditions and Default Charges specified here - pfloan.in/4ioP0Y5.

After payment, email the bank statement (PDF) to customercare@poonawallafincorp.com.
We will process the foreclosure within 8 business days.
The NDC (No Dues Certificate) will be sent to your registered email within 24 to 48 business hours after closure.
To update or change your address, please email the following KYC documents along with a request letter to customercare@poonawallafincorp.com:
KYC Documents:
PAN card & Aadhar card (should be masked and self-attested)
New address proof (e.g., electricity bill, rent agreement, ownership agreement, registration copy)
Request Letter: Addressed to Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd (Mention your proposal number/loan account number, Date of request, current and new address to be updated), Duly signed by the borrower (signature should match with PAN card).
We will inform you if any further documents are required.
To update your email ID, please follow these steps:

KYC Documents: PAN card & Aadhar card (masked and self-attested)
Request Letter: Addressed to Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd (Include your proposal number/loan account number, date of request, current and revised email ID to be updated), signature matching with PAN card.
Wait for confirmation: We will inform you if any additional documents are needed.
