Simple steps to update your contact details:
KYC Documents
- 1. Pan – Please mask first 6 digits of PAN.
- 2. Aadhaar- Please mask first 8 digits of Aadhaar Number (both on front and back side).
1. Email id updation process-
1. To update e-mail address, request you to share the KYC documents along with request letter capturing below details –
- Your proposal number/ Loan account number
- Date of request
- Current email id and new/updated email id
- Duly signed by borrower/co-borrower (Signature should match with signature on PAN Card)
2. Share these documents to customercare@poonawallafincorp.com
3. Post receiving documents the email id will get updated in 5 working days.
2. Mobile number updation process-
1. To update your mobile number, request you to share the KYC documents along with request letter capturing below details –
- Your proposal number/ Loan account number.
- Date of request.
- Current mobile number and new/updated mobile number.
- Duly signed by borrower/co-borrower (Signature should match with signature on PAN Card)
2. Share these documents to customercare@poonawallafincorp.com
3. Post receiving documents the mobile number will get updated in 5 working days.
