Sanjay Miranka is the CFO and leads the resource raising, regulatory compliance & governance, investor interactions and corporate legal functions. He has more than two and a half decades of experience. Across a diverse set of industries like Financial Services, Edible Commodities and Telecom. He was in his last role associated with Aditya Birla Finance Ltd (ABFL) for close to 18 years in various capacities such as Head of Capital Market Lending Business and later as CFO. In his tenure as CFO, ABFL’s long term credit rating moved up from “AA+” to “AAA”, and he was instrumental in diversifying the funding sources and achieving one of the lowest costs of funds in the NBFC sector. For his outstanding contribution, he was conferred with “The Best CA CFO Award in Large Corporate BFSI Category” by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2020. Sanjay is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification.

Ashish holds a MBA degree in HR and is a seasoned industry professional with 23 years of experience across varied HR spectrum with multi-industry exposure viz; IT, KPO, Bank & Management Consulting. Ashish is a certified Coach from Brain based coaching institute and DISC profiling analyst.

In his last assignment he was working as an Independent Senior HR Professional since 2015. As HR Management Consultant he supported organizations in the Fintech & IT space to set up the HR department and scale them up to new heights. Prior to this, Ashish worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Citigroup Services, 3G, JP Morgan Chase & couple of IT & ITES organizations.

Hiren is the Head-Strategy, BIU & IR. He leads Corporate & Business Strategy, Business Intelligence Unit, Investor interactions; Capital Markets, Fund raising and M&A. Hiren is management graduate with finance major from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

He Has over 23 years of experience in the field of Corporate Strategy, Strategic Finance & Investor Relations; Capital Markets & M&A. He has worked in various Leading Banks & NBFCs. Prior to joining Poonawalla Fincorp, he was Head Investor Relations of the Bandhan Bank and was the key member to spearhead the successful IPO of Bandhan Bank followed by the merger of Bandhan Bank with Gruh Finance. He was CFO & Head IR at Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd, spearheading its IPO as well followed by working on key strategic initiatives for the conversion to Small Finance Bank.

His expertise includes Corporate & Business Strategy, Business Intelligence & Industry/Economic Research, Strategic Planning, and execution of financial deals including Equity & Debt fund raising; IPOs, PE/Pvt. Placements, Mergers and Acquisitions, Rights Issue, FPO, NCDs, Term Loans, CPs and Investor Relations. He also carries expertise in the areas of various internal functions including Management- Finance, Marketing, corporate communications, Legal & Compliance etc.

Dhiraj holds an executive MBA and MCA & is a seasoned industry professional with 24 years of experience across varied IT spectrum with multi-industry exposure viz; Banking and NBFC. In his last assignment he was working with IDBI Bank as a CGM & Head Digital Banking & Emerging Payments since 2021. Prior to this, Dhiraj was associated with Andromeda, L&T Finance, ICICI Bank to name a few.

Mr. Shriram Viswanathan Iyer is MBA in Finance from Pune University and holds a Management Development Program from IIM Ahmedabad. He is a very seasoned professional and brings with him over 28 years of rich experience in the retail banking industry in the field of consumer finance for secured and unsecured products, consumer risk management, process reengineering, resourcing, bureau reporting, and relationship management. In his last assignment, he was working as Head – Retail Credit Underwriting – Mortgages, Unsecured loans, Credit Cards, Home loans – North, East, Tamil Nadu and Kerala & Retail lending Credit Strategy (All retail products) with HDFC Bank. He was instrumental in building a platform for transformation of retail assets portfolio to handle large scale volumes, diversified geographies and complex operating environments with key focus on cost management. He was associated with HDFC Bank from 2003.

Mr. Veeraraghavan Iyer is the Chief Business Officer – Commercial Business at Poonawalla Fincorp since July 2024. As a seasoned professional, he brings with him 22+ years of rich experience in the Retail Assets, SME and Mortgage Business

Prior to joining Poonawalla Fincorp, he had a 19-year-long association with HDFC Bank where in he managed various Businesses like Home Loans, Auto Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP) and EEG (SME Working Capital Business). In his last assignment with HDFC Bank he served as the CEO of HDFC Sales (a 100% subsidiary of HDFC Bank), with an employee strength of over 13,000+ spread across 380 locations. Prior to working with HDFC Bank, Mr. Veeraraghavan worked for Hyundai Motor India Ltd.

Mr. Veeraraghavan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University and a Master’s Degree in Management Studies - Marketing (MMS) from Mumbai University.

Mr. Harsh Kumar is Master’s in Finance and HR from T.A. Pai Management Institute Manipal and holds a B.E (EEE) Degree from Dr. MGR Engineering College Chennai. He brings with him 25 years of rich experience in HR across industries in banking, IT, and Manufacturing. He has handled Organizational intervention and implementation in areas ranging from mergers and acquisition, improving engagement practices, and continuous innovation with a specialization in performance management, productivity enhancement, business and strategic planning. In his last assignment, he was the Chief Human Resource Officer of CSB Bank, He was instrumental in driving transformation, process re-design, cost optimization, employer branding, enhanced business performance, and employee engagement performance management. Prior to that, he was associated with HDFC Bank as Vertical Head HR- Retail and Employee Engagement for around 13 years.

Mr. Vikas Pandey is the Chief Business Officer - Consumer Finance at Poonawalla Fincorp Limited since July 2024.

Prior to joining Poonawalla Fincorp, he has had a 22-year long association with HDFC Bank, where he last served as the Business Head – Auto Loan and Inventory. He played a pivotal role in growing the Auto Business Loan segment and was also instrumental in building the “Express Car Loan” product, an innovative digital lending solution. He built a robust distribution network across geographies, with more than 4,200 branches offering Gold Loans to customers, achieving high topline growth and best-in-class delinquencies.

As a seasoned professional, he brings in more than three decades of rich experience across multiple segments, from Retail Lending to Liabilities.

He is an alumnus of Haas Business School, UC Berkeley and has been a distinguished speaker at various finance summits. He has also done his MBA in Marketing from the Institute for Technology and Management, Mumbai.

Mr. Bhaskar Pandey is a postgraduate in business administration from Institute of Management Education from Pune. He is a seasoned credit and risk professional with over 23 years of experience with a leading bank & NBFC’s, managing Credit Policy, Credit Underwriting, Risk Analytics, systems, and processes. He has expertise in both consumer and commercial lending products such as unsecured loans, commercial vehicles, Infrastructure Finance, agriculture finance and Microfinance product suites. He was also instrumental in design and implementation of new products, cross sell strategy and regulatory compliance. He was instrumental in decentralized card processing unit and influencing stake holders in improving the through the door and controlling the slippages by identifying risk across customer segments. He was also instrumental for developing score cards for commercial vehicle segments and new to bank acquisition strategy for partnership businesses for the payment’s businesses. He has been with HDFC Bank for over 21 years in various credit and risk roles with the Bank.

He has also played a pivotal role ensuring adequate system controls on operational risk and fraud risk controls, process changes to avoid reoccurrence basis the gap identified during early risk monitoring triggers, identifying trends in underwriting failures/delinquent contracts & taking steps to improve credit appraisals & processes and mentoring a team of over 700 credit resources across the country.

Mr. Bholananda Behera is a Masters in HRM from Pondicherry University and Bachelors of Science (Agriculture) from College of Agriculture, OUAT Bhubaneshwar. He has also done his PG certificate for Senior Leadership from XLRI. He has approx. twenty seven years of experience in banking in various leadership positions in the areas of regulatory compliance, credit risk, wholesale banking, MSME and retail banking at organization like HDFC Bank and Canara bank. He has extensive experience in varied field including credit appraisal, credit risk management, portfolio management, policy and regulatory compliance aspects.

He has managed risk assessment of portfolios over INR 55000 crores (direct 17000 Crore and indirect 38000 crores) including retail and corporate clients. He has handled credit appraisal, risk management, monitoring, compliance and attended all inspection paragraphs in the portfolio. Complied consortium, joint lenders mechanism and multiple lending accounts as per policies. Following and Managing Risk Based Audit, AFI & RBI compliances and governance process. Involved in SLBC and Government meets.

He has expertise in assessment of risks and internal control principles, compliances, fraud management, process improvements and quality control standards relating to individual client portfolios. This has facilitated faster and accurate delivery, duly taking Banks credit risk into consideration. At HDFC Bank, he has been Coordinating RBI Risk Based Supervision (RBS) & Indent management, ensuring compliance culture, advisory, Process Review and Training on all regulatory aspects. He has brought about extensive expertise in area of Compliance Testing and Process Improvement.

Mr. Nitin Sane is a Bachelors of Commerce and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Symbiosis Pune. He holds a Master’s degree in Criminology from the University of Leicester UK. Mr. Nitin Sane has more than 25 years of experience in Banking and finance industry, spanning Internal Audit, Compliance, Fraud Risk Management and Retail Banking. Nitin comes with an extensive audit experience and a proven track record in managing complex audit environments. He was previously associated with Rabo Bank Group in the Netherlands within the Global Compliance Unit. In his previous role Nitin provides compliance advisory support to 26 countries. His broad responsibility requires a deep understanding of diverse legal frameworks and regulatory environments, ensuring that all operations within these regions adhere to the local and international compliance standards. Prior to moving overseas, Nitin worked for more than 20 years in the Indian banking space with leading banks viz. HDFC Bank, Citibank, Axis bank and Yes Bank. He headed the KYC Audit function for HDFC Bank for six years and was also instrumental in designing innovative audit methodologies within the bank. His vast experience in interacting with RBI & FIU officials has helped him to successfully implement audit strategies in line with the regulator’s expectations. Mr. Nitin was responsible for dealing with RBI Auditors and handling statutory audit inspections during his stint with HDFC Bank and Yes Bank. He has a versatile experience in internal audit, having conducted comprehensive audits across various key areas within the organization. His experience in auditing spans across central product teams, sales channel, client onboarding and Know your Customer (KYC) processes and concurrent audit of centralized operations.
