Mr. Harsh Kumar is Master’s in Finance and HR from T.A. Pai Management Institute Manipal and holds a B.E (EEE) Degree from Dr. MGR Engineering College Chennai. He brings with him 25 years of rich experience in HR across industries in banking, IT, and Manufacturing. He has handled Organizational intervention and implementation in areas ranging from mergers and acquisition, improving engagement practices, and continuous innovation with a specialization in performance management, productivity enhancement, business and strategic planning

Experience

In his last assignment, he was the Chief Human Resource Officer of CSB Bank, He was instrumental in driving transformation, process re-design, cost optimization, employer branding, enhanced business performance, and employee engagement performance management. Prior to that, he was associated with HDFC Bank as Vertical Head HR- Retail and Employee Engagement for around 13 years.
