Kemisha Soni

Kemisha Soni, aged 53 years, is an Independent Director on our Board. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified Information System Auditor. With over 25 years of rich experience and expertise in the field of Accounting, Audit and Taxation including Forensic Audit, Risk Management Audit, Corporate Laws, and CSR consultancy.

Experience

She is presently serving as the Managing partner of GDK & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chairperson - Committee on Public and Government Financial Management and Vice Chairperson- Financial Reporting Review Board, a technical board that reviews quality of financial statements. 

She holds board positions on reputed corporates, stock exchange, Institute of Social Auditors of India etc. She has also given various technical lectures and sessions on topics such as Code of Ethics, Standards on Auditing, Standards on Quality Control, Accounting Standards and training on Accounting Policies and Principles related to NBFCs at RBI. She has also served as a director on the Board of bank and NBFC.
