He has led large-scale teams, driven one lac crore AUM, P&L management, and played a pivotal role in transforming banking customer experience – ensuring seamless customer interactions across channels, branches and digital platforms. His expertise spans several retail banking products – Personal Loans, Business Loans, Gold Loans, Auto Loans, Loans Against Securities, Education Loans, Deposits and Life Insurance, with a proven track record of delivering profitability, market expansion, and digital transformation.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Xavier Institute of Management.
