Previously, he has served as Chief Operations Officer at SBFC Finance, where he managed operations, service, and admin functions, streamlined co-lending processes, and implemented regulatory compliance frameworks. His career includes senior leadership roles at Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Housing Finance, HSBC, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank, where he led large-scale operations, underwriting, and service delivery functions. He has a proven track record of introducing RPA, building digital platforms, and redesigning processes for real-time reconciliation and customer-centric solutions.
