Referral Program – Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions applicable to Poonawalla Fincorp – Instant Loan(“T&C”):

For the purpose of these T&C

  • "PFL" shall mean Poonawalla Fincorp Limited.
  • "Instant Loan/ Instant Personal Loan/ IPL” shall mean Instant Personal Loan which is offered by Poonawalla Fincorp Limited & is valid and subsisting during the Program Period (if any).
  • "Customer" for the purpose of this program shall mean such person(s) who have availed the Instant Personal Loan.
  • “Referrer(s)” for the purpose of this program shall mean, existing customer who have availed any loan from PFL & who uses referral program (Refer an Instant Personal Loan functionality – ‘Refer for Instant Personal Loan’ on Poonawalla Fincorp Limited’s Official WhatsApp, Website & App platforms) and has referred a referee for availing PFL’s Instant Personal Loan.
  • “Referred User(s)/Referee(s)”, for the purposes of this Program shall be the individual who has been referred for the PFL’s Instant Personal Loan by the Referrer.
  • “Referral Program” shall mean the facility under which the Referrer(s) shall refer the Referee(s) to PFL’s Instant Personal Loan.
  • "Program" shall mean Zillion Reward coins will be awarded to Referrer & Referee by Poonawalla Fincorp Limited on successful disbursement of Instant Loan to Referee onboarded through Referrer’s link subject to these T&C, read with the Zillion Terms and Condition available at Zillion Rewards | Terms and Condition | Poonawalla Fincorp
  • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to Instant Loan.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Referrer & Referee will receive reward/rewards if Referee/Referees avail Poonawalla Fincorp Limited’s Instant Personal Loan using the Referrer’s unique referral link, as per the terms and conditions specified herein.
  • The Referrer confirms having obtained the consent of the person referred, before sharing the referral link. If required by PFL, the Referrer shall share a copy of such consent with PFL. The Referrer and Referee agrees that PFL shall in no way be responsible for any actions of the Referrer or the Referee.
  • Referrer will not be eligible to receive any referral reward coins for PFL’s Instant Personal Loan if the Referred User(s) has already availed the Instant Personal Loan offer from PFL through any platform (Partners’ platforms/WhatsApp/Website/App etc.).
  • These referral program terms and conditions shall apply to anyone who is referring the Poonawalla Fincorp’s Instant Personal Loan (“Referrer”) and the person who agrees to be referred to the PFL’s Instant Personal Loan (“Referred User/Referee”). Participation in this referral program is entirely voluntary and it is understood that participation by the Referrer and Referee shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
  • This program will be applicable for all the Instant Personal Loans offered by PFL and availed via referral links as per the Rewards and Redemption Scheme mentioned below.
  • If more than one Referrer provides the same reference, the Referred User shall receive a referral link from both the Referrers, and the Referred User can choose to apply using any referral link and the corresponding Referrer shall receive the reward coins. In the event of a dispute, PFL shall have the sole and final discretion in deciding the Referrer.

  • Along with the referral reward value and applicable limits, the decision of providing Instant Personal Loan to the Referred User will be at the sole discretion of PFL as per PFL’S evaluation policy and is subject to change without prior notice.

  • IMPORTANT - Sharing of personal information between the Referrer and the Referred User:

a) As a part of this referral program and the Referrer being able to receive reward coins for successful referrals using a referral link, the Referred User acknowledges, understands and agrees that when the Referred User(s) accepts the invitation via the referral link and successfully gets the IPL disbursed, the Referrer will know that the Referred User(s) has completed the Instant Loan journey. If the Referred User desires to avoid using the referral link, then the Referred User may choose to apply independently and not via the referral link sent by the Referrer.

b) Likewise, by sending a referral link, the Referrer acknowledges, understands and agrees that the Referred User will know that the Referrer stands a chance to get rewarded by way of Reward coins. If the Referrer does not desire to disclose this information, the Referrer should not send a referral link. All communications related to the IPL approval or rejection will be communicated to the Referred User only and not to the Referrer. Only a successful referral will trigger a communication to the Referrer along with the reward coins redemption details.

  • PFL reserves the right to disqualify the Referrer from the benefits of this program, if any fraudulent, unlawful or adverse activity is identified as being carried out/ suspected to be undertaken, for the purpose of availing the benefits under this program or otherwise by use of the IPL. PFL has the sole discretion to change, suspend or modify, from time to time, the referral program and the terms and conditions herein in accordance with applicable laws.
  • The program is valid for anyone who wants to refer someone for Instant Loan and shall be valid and subsisting during the Offer Period (if any), unless otherwise notified by PFL.
  • Referrer must enter the details asked correctly while generating the referral link else no reward will be credited to the Referrer’s reward account.
  • General Terms and Conditions of PFL are applicable and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the PLSTPL agreement.
  • Issuance of IPLs shall be at the sole discretion of PFL and is subject to internal processing.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions.
  • All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have their respective meanings ascribed to it in the terms and conditions applicable to the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions.
  • PFL reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever.
  • This Program shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence, and which may be promulgated at any time by any statutory authority.
  • Any dispute relating to this Program shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Pune.
  • By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of this Referral program both Referrers and Referees provide their consent to be contacted by PFL via SMS, WhatsApp, E-Mail and Call in relation to this Referral Program.
  • If the Referrer(s) & Referee (s) do not comply with these terms, they could lose their reward and will be excluded from participating in the Instant Loan Referral Program in future.

Rewards and Redemptions Scheme

a) Referred User(s) must apply using the referral link shared by the Referrer with them.

b) Referrer will receive Zillion coins as per PFL policy for every new user who completes the PLSTPL journey through the Referrer’s referral link in blocked state, subject to the maximum threshold set by PFL as per their internal policy. The Referred User will have to apply for Instant Personal Loan using the link provided by the Referrer and avail the loan. Referrer will receive the reward coins in a blocked state when the Referee’s loan gets disbursed successfully. Reward coins will be unblocked after 35 days, only when the Referrer downloads & logs into the PFL App & Referee doesn’t cancel the loan

c) Referee will get reward coins as per PFL policy in blocked state, post disbursement via successful PLSTPL referral. Reward coins will be unblocked after 141 days, only post successful EMI payments.

d) If a Referred User does not avail IPL through the Referrer’s referral link, then the Referrer will lose out on the reward coins.

e) Self-Referral will not receive any reward points. Referrer/Referee shall be solely responsible for any TDS implications related to the rewards

f) Referrers can download the Poonawalla Fincorp Limited App or login to their Zillion Account on its Official Website to access the reward coins.

g) PFL may at its sole discretion, offer this Referral Program up to such limits, extent, quantum, frequency and time period, as may be decided by PFL from time to time and Referral and Referee both agree and provide consent for the same.
